Layered textures, drips, and sweeping gestures evoke movement beneath the surface, suggesting waves of emotion and spontaneous release. David Hovan’s expressive mark-making creates a sense of rhythm and intensity, inviting viewers to experience the painting as both an emotional landscape and a moment of pure, unrestrained vitality.
