Artwork Description

Eagles in Flight captures a powerful moment of motion, tension, and survival in the natural world. Rendered in steel, Raymond Bossé depicts two eagles suspended mid-air as they battle for a fish, their wings outstretched in a dramatic choreography of strength and balance.

The sculptural composition emphasizes movement and precision—each feather articulated with care, each gesture frozen at the peak of action. Elevated on a minimal base, the work conveys both physical dynamism and symbolic resonance, evoking themes of instinct, dominance, and the raw poetry of nature.

Bossé’s mastery of form transforms industrial material into a living presence, allowing steel to feel light, fluid, and alive. Eagles in Flight stands as a striking example of his ability to merge realism with expressive energy.
