"Velvet Paths" I’ve just finished this beautiful multilayer oil painting. The painting is very pastous with an application of several layers of oil paint and full of sumptuous and vivid colors. As I was doing my plein-airs at Iona beach in Richmond, Canada this year, I fell in love with one of the beautiful fields there. So, I decide to paint that field and create this beautiful painting as an allegory of our paths in life. "Velvet Paths" --- We make many decisions every day and then move towards different directions.
